Aeronautical thin-walled part is widely used in aviation engines,because of its light weight,compact structure,high temperature and fatigue resistance and other characteristics.But aeronautical thin-walled part has thin wall thickness,poor rigidity and complex structure,so in the actual process of deformation is still no clear analysis.The on-site processing of clamping,cutting parameters are often based on the experience of workers,which often cause the size of the part tolerance problems or even scrapped.In this paper,the large-diameter thin-walled cylindrical part was studied on purpose of reducing the deformation and using the finite element method,the part deformation of tooling fixture and cutting deformation were analyzed.And used the active deformation compensation method to reduce error when cutting and the real-time monitoring system for monitoring the machining process was designed.Therefore research contents are as follows:First of all,the turning and milling forces were obtained by the index formula method,tool company's software and cutting force experiment.After comparative analysis,we got the final cutting force for subsequent calculations.According to the calculated force and tooling fixture state,the effect of aviation on the lower flange of the pressing force of thin-walled parts was calculated.Secondly,a finite element model of large-diameter thin-walled part was established to analyze deformation trends on tooling clamping state and to obtain large deformation area of thin-walled part,which provides an evidence for maximum deformation of cutting force site.Then,the cutting force simulation model of large-diameter thin-walled part was established to calculate the maximum deformation at the most vulnerable parts.While selecting a larger portion of the deformation(one between the adjacent islands,the other between the island and boss of thin-walled part)for cutting paths discrete processing,we analyzed each compensation amount for cutting site and the cutting path initiative compensation was went on in order to reduce the effect of cutting errors.Finally,a real-time monitoring system of Aeronautical thin-walled part cutting force was designed realizing the cutting force data acquisition and display,and other playback and storage capabilities,which makes it more easier of on-site processing workers to understand the process of cutting and make more reasonable operation.
