Combining the advantages of both conventional vehicle and pure electric vehicle,hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)has been playing an important role in new energy vehicles market because of the good practicality and outstanding economical efficiency.As an important active safety technology,acceleration slip regulation system has been applied in conventional vehicles maturely,but is still at initial stage in HEV,so it is necessary to take further research.This thesis takes acceleration slip regulation system of HEV as the object and proposes an acceleration slip regulation strategy based on optimal slip ratio estimation.The following aspects are studied:1.The distinctions of energy management strategy and characteristic between HEVs with different drive system structures are analyzed.Then,the energy management strategies of series hybrid electric vehicle(SHEV)and parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)are determined separately.After that,the acceleration slip regulation strategy of HEV is designed.2.The research status of road identification on domestic and overseas are analyzed and the optimal slip ratio estimation algorithm in single road condition was proposed based on the relationship change rule between adhesion coefficient and slip ratio.Then discussing the more complicated condition,an optimal slip ratio estimation algorithm in dynamic road conditions is presented.3.Based on Matlab/Simulink environment,the simulation models of vehicle structure and the acceleration slip regulation strategy are established.Furthermore,the simulation in several operating conditions is carried out,which verifies the accuracy of the optimal slip ratio estimation algorithm and the effectiveness of the acceleration slip regulation strategy.4.The simulation models of vehicle structures and energy management strategies of SHEV and PHEV are established separately,then the driving cycle and driver model are incorporated to simulate real driving condition.Afterwards,the control effectiveness of acceleration slip regulation system in real driving condition and the good fusion between acceleration slip regulation system and energy management strategy are tested primarily through off-line simulation.5.The driver hardware in loop real-time simulation platform is established based on D2P fast archetype development,using real driver operating equipment and product-level controller.The real-time performance and practicability of acceleration slip regulation strategy are proved though real-time simulation.The research of thesis has verified the accuracy of the proposed optimal slip ratio estimation algorithm and the effectiveness,practicability and real-time performance of the designed acceleration slip regulation strategy of HEV.
