Construction of tunnel engineering in karst region of the main hazards is induced by engineering disasters and casualties, cause ground subsidence and surface subsidence.Resulting in a decrease of water and dry up, cause water pollution. In this thesis, based on the mountain tunnel of Dazhou to Shanxi highway, the main research is Daba mountain karst tunnel's construction technology problems. According to the size of the karst, for three aspects to analyzes the karst tunnel of karst cave treatment measures .Include presence of packing and whether in the tunnel of concealed. For rich water karst excavation,drainage treatment measures are put forward, according to the numerical analysis of the supporting parameters in Daba mountain karst tunnel by using the structure calculation,provide theoretical and technical support for smoothly through the karst section.In this thesis, the main research progress and technical innovation are as follows:(1)Small, hidden karst treatment measures are as follows: Firstly without filling or half of melt filling karst cave, cave surface shall be removed in the aggradation or after filling of the cave, the first casting C15 flaky concrete build by laying bricks or stones or M7.5 pulp flaky wall, back to the back wall build by laying bricks or stones flaky dry backfilling;Secondly for non-concealed with filling karst caves, should according to the location of karst cave and convenient for construction, replacement or strengthen the corresponding protective measures are taken, generally USES concrete or cement mortar backfill.(2) For the development in different parts of the tunnel surrounding large water-eroded cave, should adjust measures to local conditions in principle, using the "beam, column,wall and pile" structure, such as the "lead, plugging, the more, around the" measures for processing. At this point, the need to choosing the right way according to the cave without filling,filling in body piercing deep and plump,or difficult to backfill, dry or unfavorable filling large water-eroded cave, could be selected according to the field condition of steel reinforced concrete and plate across different, beam and plate, steel pipe pile, the pile plus caps or backfill method; For large filling type karst cave should be according to the nature of the fillings, selection of steel pipe pile, jet grouting pile, advance fill tent, grouting and other measures.(3) Before handling the hidden karst, makes a detailed investigation on dealing with,then according to the location of the hidden karst stability evaluation, the end of the tunnel and karst cave should be integrity filling layer stress calculation, determine the necessity and methods of reinforcement; On dissolution fracture zone. and the filling should be based on the bearing capacity and dissolution of liquidity, determine whether to grouting depth processing and process control.
