Simple-supported continuous beam bridge is a new type of structural system beam bridge which is developing rapidly in recent years,the requirements of the modern highway on the bridge must have a high quality,but also to provide high-speed,smooth,comfortable driving conditions,simply-supported structure continuous beam bridge has the advantages of simple-supported beam bridge with short construction period,the upper and lower structure can be construction as the same time,and the construction technology is simple,but also has the advantages of good continuity,few construction joints and smooth running.At present,the research on the construction process of simply-supported continuous beam bridge is so much,and the research on the transformation of the mechanical system of the construction process is also worth exploring.In this paper,we take the simple-support continuous bridge of secondary highway in Xiang xi as the engineering background,to analyze the mechanical problems of simple-support continuous beam bridge system transformation.The structure simulation of the actual project was carried out by the bridge structure professional software MIDAS/civil,its main research contents are as follows:1?The development process and the research history of simply supported continuous beam bridge are briefly discussed in this paper,simple supported continuous girder bridge because of its unique advantages is currently the most widely used bridge.2?The theory of stress and strain calculation of bridge(finite element method,the theory of shrinkage and creep of concrete,the theory of stress and strain redistribution)are discussed,to provide theoretical basis for the calculation of the following paper.3?Modeling and analysis of a simple supported and continuous beam bridge with large bridge calculation software(MIDAS/Civil),through the various stages of the construction of the main beam is subjected to analysis of bending moment.For some key processes in the construction process,after the concrete pouring and the tension order,the sequence of thedemolition of the temporary support is studied and compared.Lead to the problem of the main girder of the problem of insufficient arch.4?The construction technology of continuous beam bridge with simple supported structure is described in detail,introduces the construction quality assurance,the construction of the key process of wet joint pouring and system to the continuous process in system.
