Lumbar spinal internal fixation system is a key part of the lumbar spinal fusion and non-ffusion surgery.Due to the implanted strong system exists serious postoperative degeneration and failure of the bone graft,dynamic internal fixation system is further need.But there are serious shortcomings and defects of the current maturely applied a few dynamic internal fixation systems on the market..In addition,another common problem is those systems do not provide personalized products for selection according to the patients’diversification.Due to the existence of these problems,the majority of patients can not get effective treatment in spinal fusion and non-fusion surgery.Considering these problems,this paper uses the method of finite element analysis to design a new dynamic internal fixation system(NTS),and put forward the personalized build of NTS system based on patients’ diversification.The main research and results of this paper are as follows.(1)Using the method of multiple-software combing to transform the human lumbar CT slices into the three dimensional finite element model.And implant the NTS system and USS system(strong system)into the model according the requirements of the lumbar spinal non-fusion surgery.Thus,the idealized finite element model of complete lumbar spine,the fusion finite element model of NTS and USS will be established for further using.(2)Summarizing the design principle of dynamic internal fixation system on the basis of previous studies to design a new lumbar spine dynamic internal fixation system(NTS).According to the simulation analysis data of the idealized finite element model,fusion finite element model of NTS and USS to evaluate the NTS system.And the result is that the NTS system is a titanium alloy manufactured system with simple structure which meets the requirements of non-fusion surgery.(3)Personalized build of Ni-Ti spring bar based on the numbers of pathological segments(N),weight(G)and effective length(L)of pedicle screws is proposed using innovative method to reduce the dependence on doctors’ experiences.Thus,it will be more convenient for doctors to select the best match NTS system for patients in spinal non-fusion surgery. |
