During the last 10 years,the total turnover of air transportation in China is growing at an average annual rate of 14%.In 2012,the civil aviation industry is about to complete the total turnover of 61.032 billion ton kilometers,an increase of 5.7% over the previous year.In the same year,all transportation airport completed a total of 6603200 of the movements,representing an increase of 10.4%.The rapid growth of the number of flights,also forces the civil aviation automatic transfer system to increase the operation of a huge pressure.On the one hand,the absolute number of the telegraph is increasing,the capacity of the data processing ability of the transfer system and the capacity of the main line.On the other hand,the reliability and safety of the cable are higher.In civil aviation system is increasingly perfect today,whether from the service quality of civil aviation,or flight hardware facilities,including pilots,air attendants,as well as air security and other aspects,both in the development of the times and development.Similarly,in the civil aviation system,the development of communication technology is also with the times,the automatic transfer system development,from the beginning of the more single function,to the present intelligent,automated systems,the future will be in the direction of more optimized development.This thesis first introduces the content of the automatic transfer system in the civil aviation,and summarizes the implementation of the automatic transfer system in the civil aviation system,and discusses the application of the automatic transfer system and communication system.In this thesis,the reliability and safety of the telegram format are studied and analyzed.Through the analysis,there are some problems in the reliability of the cable format.First,telegram format does not require its equivalent to the "receipt" function of the signal,which leads that the transmitter side cannot ensure that the message is successfully transferred to the receiving side.Secondly,the telegraph format itself can only be used for the investigation of the format of the telegraph,which is in line with the standard format,but the contents of the code cannot be identified.Third,the existing cable standard format for the status of the line inspection specification is relatively poor.It can only rely on network management software,to develop software and other software to achieve.In terms of security,there is no similar in the cable standard format encryption,identity authentication and other projects.And in the civil aviation system,the security of this kind of cable format is not encrypted,and no identity authentication is very easy to be stolen,steal confidential or even modify the information on civil aviation,which makes huge economic losses.For the reliability of the telegram format,sending and receiving messages are easy to garble,and automatic identification system cannot identify all,only through a lot of manual work can we complete the heavy work,and in generating the address code word,word content of the receiving unit is still valid.In articles of the last two chapters,we both have full of discussion about the system in the more special of synchronization channel transmission and system of communications transmission network way,we focus on the existing of problem and the way to solve it,after the study of the system,we put forward some excellent improved program,it will do good to the consistency of the system,and it will improve the efficiency of the system at the same time.As the cable format and its inspection and processing mechanism are still in the application layer,it is necessary to study the communication technology and communication equipment now in use before we take steps to improve the reliability and security of the communication.In this thesis,we analyze the communication technology and communication equipment,which is mainly used in civil aviation automatic transfer report network,considering the structure of the communication network and put forward an optimization scheme which can improve the reliability and security of the system.
