Reliability,Operations Scheduling And Maintenance Strategy Analysis Of A Repairable System With Redundant Items

Redundant design is a common method to imrove the reliability of system.It has been widely used in engineering practice,such as the aircraft engine,space shuttle control system,steam turbine circulating cooling water pump,etc.These systems have high technical content,complex structure.The causes of equipment failure is complex and diverse.It is an inportant issue of reliability research to manage the redundant system effectively and to ensure the safety of the system while reducing operating costs.In this paper,we will study the problems reliability analysie of repairable system with redundant items.The main contents are as folows:First of all,on the basis of researching internal and external documents,this paper summarizes the present circumstances and development tendency of research on reliability,operations scheduling and maintenance strategy analysis of a repairable system with redundant items.Secondly,according to the intended research goals,gve a summary of analysis methods and the technical ways to improve the field reliability of repairable system with redundant items.By used these methods,this paper take the cooling water system of a power plant as an example and analysis the failure mode and effect of the system components to identify the key failure mode of the cooling water systemFinally,Then,based on the cooling water system of the power plant operation data and prevention maintenance data,this research restored the actual implementation process of operation scheduling and preventive maintenance activities of the cooling water system This is the foundation for establishing a time scale of cumulative operating time.Then,the reliability model and optimal preventive maintenance cycle of the partial cooling water pump body parts is carried out.
