The static behavior and fatigue property of the steel structure bridge have always been the research focus in the industry.The two major problems in the engineering field are the failure of the pavement layer and the fatigue cracking of the structural details of the orthotropic plate.However,the static characteristics directly affect the structure of anti fatigue performance,fatigue performance of the pros and cons determines the fatigue life of the structure,the three interlocking between.Based on the main line of RPC.orthotropic composite bridge deck is studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)Under the wheel loads rpc.orthogonal anisotropic composite deck the static characteristics of the research,analysis of the most unfavorable loading position of RPC and orthotropic steel deck should peak force and longitudinal bridge to cross the bridge to the maximum tensile stress,and the two deck stress results were compared,in order to combination evaluation deck cracking resistance.At the same time,the RPC pavement layer and the roof of the interlaminar shear stress,local torsion of u rib cross than the bridge deck and the load deflection curve,and related conclusions.(2)To analysis the fatigue effect of rpc.orthotropic composite deck structure details under vehicle load,respectively,compared with the pure steel deck and deck,and RPC pavement thickness in two cases,partial fatigue effect checking for the bridge panel.Based on the observation and statistics of the domestic scholars on the transverse distribution probability map,according to the Miner linear cumulative damage theory,analysis of the wheel load transverse distribution on different deck combinations,effects of different thickness of RPC steel structure detail fatigue stress,that is different from the single track loading method the equivalent stress amplitude,given the pure steel deck and deck structure details of the stress amplitude reduction coefficient and the thickness of RPC the optimal combination of the deck in the transverse distribution function.And the reduction of the stress amplitude based on the obtained two bridge different structural details corresponding to the corresponding fatigue life.Conclusion.(3)In order to research a new type of bridge deck system rpc.orthogonal specific combination of deck under wheel load transverse distribution coefficient,take two adjacent suspender between the part of the steel box girder to establish the local model,taking into account the local effects of orthotropic deck load significantly,heavy vehicles rear axle loading is used to calculate by the cross bridge to the bicycle loading and vehicle loading and vehicle loading and different lateral loading position corresponding to the different conditions were analyzed,5cmrpc composite deck and pure steel deck,two different RPC thickness of transverse load distribution coefficient.
