During the operation of steam turbine,the existence of wet steam will have an important influence on the safety and economy of the steam turbine.With the requirement of energy saving and the increasing of large capacity units,the measurement and monitoring of wet steam parameters are becoming more and more important.In order to meet the needs of production,non contact,fast and real-time for wet steam parameter measurement is required.In this thesis,by comparing and analyzing different measurement methods,combining with the present experimental conditions,the laser scattering method is selected as the method to measure the parameters of wet steam.Firstly,based on the study of the basic principle of light scattering measurement of steam wetness,a measurement model is proposed.Through the MATLAB programming,the parameters involved in the model and the simulation data is obtained.The accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation data with the theoretical research.Then,based on the experimental model,the experimental scheme of measuring the steam parameters by light scattering method is designed.By changing the incident light incident section,the incident light intensity,and the receiving angle of the scattered light,the light intensity of the scattered light under different conditions is obtained.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the scheme that the 20 mw incident light intensity,the fourth incident position and the 30°receiving angle is determined;Experiment is carried out under the scheme,and the experimental data very the validity of the simulation results.Finally,the simulation data are retrieved through genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.Based on the analysis of the inversion results of the two algorithms,the simulated annealing algorithm is chosen as the inversion optimization method.Through the inversion of experimental data,the parameters and humidity of wet steam under stable conditions is obtained...
