In recent years,along with national electric power industry development,the consumption of the urban and rural residents and enterprise has increased greatly,which indicates the power system has become more and more heavy.Meanwhile,substation is core sites for power transmission and transformation work and it is a foundation in the substation grounding.The operation of substation grounding grid is closely related to the performance of electrical equipment and the safety of the staff member,so it is necessary to protect the normal operation of grounding grid and timely diagnose the fault of grounding grid.Grounding operation was affected by the grounding resistance and soil environmental factors.So docking operation status monitoring becomes a general way to guarantee the safe operation of grounding grid.In the actual construction process,it is usually used to reduce the resistance of the landfill site to improve the grounding resistance and other issues.In view of the current grounding resistance reducing agent loss and short service life,low conductivity and grounding fault location is difficult to diagnose the problem.In this paper,a new type of bentonite resistance reducing agent has been developed and a new method has proposed to diagnosis grounding grid fault.(1)By aqueous solution polymerization,using bentonite as reactant and acrylamide monomer intercalation polymerization modified bentonite.The water absorption rate of the modified bentonite got a boost.Experiments show that will affect the bibulous rate of modified bentonite material will be affected by crosslinking agent amount,initiator amount,water adding amount and bentonite content.By orthogonal test results intuitive analysis of various influencing factors of modified bentonite with acrylamide,the best adding quantity respectively is: the amount of crosslinking agent added 1.09 x10-4,the initiator content is 0.04,adding amount of water is 2.3,bentonite content was 1.2(unit for the added quantity and the ratio of acrylamide content),The water absorption ratio of modified bentonite was 35.98g/g.(2)With acrylamide-modified bentonite as the matrix of resistance reducing agent material,we were used conductive polyaniline with it through intercalation polymerization prepared the polyaniline/acrylamide modified bentonite resistance reducing agent,and as a comparison,used polyaniline intercalation with bentonite direct polymerization,simultaneously.Through intuitive analysis of orthogonal design experimental results,it was showed that the added amount of aniline,reaction temperature and reaction time had an effect on the electric conductivity.The added amount of aniline had an obvious impact on the electrical conductivity,and the reaction temperature had an obvious impact on the prepared of polyaniline/ acrylamide-modified bentonite resistance reducing agent,in addition,the longer the reaction time experiments conducted could improved the polyaniline/ acrylamide-modified bentonite resistance reducing agent conductivity.The added amount of aniline was 70 %,system reaction temperature was 0 ?with reaction time 6 h were the optimal factor conditions of prepared polyaniline / bentonite material;and the added amount of aniline was 70 %,system reaction temperature was 25 with reaction time 8 h were the ?optimal factor conditions of prepared polyaniline / acrylamide-modified bentonite resistance reducing agent material,its conductivity was reach 10-3 S/cm.Water absorption reached 36.59g/g.By means of infrared spectrum and X-ray diffraction analysis,the polyaniline / acrylamide modified bentonite was successfully inserted into the bentonite layer.(3)In this paper,the BP neural network is used to develop a grounding grid fault diagnosis method,the method is to transform the diagnosis of grounding grid model to a plane grid structure,then pick a pair of nodes as the excitation node or pick much of nodes constitute m test point.The establishment of grounding grid analog circuit and applied DC power excitation,select off a branch and node voltage measurement can construct multiple sets of test data and BP neural network training from the branch.In the treatment of the grounding grid excitation node,the input vector is generated and the input vector is generated according to the voltage of the test point and the BP neural network is input,and the fault branch of the grounding grid is diagnosed according to the output vector.the simulation experiments verified that the method has the advantage of the safe operation of the grid to provide security,such as with reliable and accurate fault location and small scene work load,speed diagnosis,high diagnostic efficiency,on-site workload is small,the fault diagnosis of simple operation,easy to promote.
