With the increase in the volume of international trade,the pace of large-scale ship further progress, and thus promote the container shipping network transformation, and gradually form a trunk line integration of the network structure. This container transport network is mainly supported by feeder transport capacity, through the small container ship will be the port of the container transport to the hub port, and then unified by the ship to achieve international liner transport. Under this background condition,it is of great practical significance to carry out the flight and ship dispatching of the route and to reduce the operating cost of the shipping company reasonably. It is the focus of the research.On the basis of summarizing the related research at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the optimization problem of piping and ship dispatching in the Bohai Sea,and emphasizes its importance. Secondly, the relevant theoretical knowledge, including route matching, ship scheduling, shipping container circulation process and the coastal feeder container transport network. Then, this paper constructs the nonlinear programming model with the aim of minimizing the cost of the ship, the transportation cost of the vessel, the cost of the ship, the shortage of the ship and the cost of the port.Based on the characteristics of the problem,Simulated annealing algorithm,combined with MATLAB software to solve the problem. Finally, an example is given to analyze the S Company, which operates the container transportation business of the Bohai Sea.The validity of the algorithm and model is verified by FLEXSIM software, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn.Experiments show that the algorithm and model proposed in this paper can effectively solve the problem of piping and ship scheduling optimization in the Bohai Sea, and have strong applicability.
