As the linear feed system towards the direction of high precision,high speed and high efficiency,it is higher to the requirement of its dynamic performance,excellent performance of the linear feed system has been more widely used.Linear feed system as a production and processing features,which are frequently used in the analysis of dynamic characteristics for the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine has a very important influence.In laboratory HIWIN linear series of single-axis linear positioning system as the research object,the establishment of dynamic model and rigid flexible coupling model,through a combination of theoretical and experimental methods of the linear feed system,dynamic characteristic is analyzed,on this basis for the optimization of the parameters in the linear feed system and provides a theoretical basis for improving the stability of the system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The working principle and performance requirements of the single-axis linear positioning system’ are described.The research status of the linear feed system is summarized,and the research contents of this paper are presented.(2)The dynamic model of the single-axis linear positioning system is established.The numerical expression of the natural frequency of the system is obtained and the theoretical value is obtained.(3)Set up a single-axis linear positioning system of the coupled model.Using finite element analysis software ANSYS to guide and lead screw flexible processing,generate MNF modal neutral file,the MNF modal neutral file import ADAMS in single-axis linear positioning system,the coupled model is established,and its validity is verified.(4)Dynamic simulation analysis of the single axis positioning system is accomplished.By means of ADAMS on the single-axis linear positioning system parameters’ change the influence of these parameters,such as driving speed,system damping and stiffness,static and dynamic friction factor and so on.The reasons of the various curves are explained theoretically,and the method of improving the stability and reducing the vibration of the system is presented;and studied under different conditions,when the external forces applied on the single-axis linear positioning system,the size of the force,change in the direction of force and eccentric force on the system,the influence of the impact of the external force on the system stability is analyzed and the measures put forward to avoid vibration.(5)Vibration simulation analysis of the single-axis linear positioning system is completed.Through the ADAMS/Vibration vibration analysis module,the simulation analysis of the single axis linear positioning system in free vibration and forced vibration is accomplished.The natural frequency of free vibration analysis is compared with the inherent frequency of the theory,and the correctness of the dynamic model is verified.The response of the forced vibration is analyzed when the slider is stimulated externally,and the impact resistance of the slider is compared.(6)Condition simulation test is completed.Driving speed,force and eccentric force on the different working conditions of the test data acquisition,and ADAMS simulation were comparative analysis,analysis of the simulation curves and peak.Verify the correctness of establishing the virtual prototype and found the shortage of the establishment of the model and the field experiment,simulation model for the subsequent establishment and more accurate field experiments provide certain basis.
