The Brushless Doubly-Fed Machine(BDFM)is a new type of energy-saving motor,is widely applied to the VSCF generation field,it’s become a hot research topic.Brushless doubly fed machine has many kinds of operation modes,such as asynchronous operation,synchronous operation and double fed operation.Due to the cancellation of the brush and slip ring,which has the characteristics of adjustable power factor,small inverter capacity and reliable operation,has broad application prospects.In order to further promote the practical process of BDFM,it is necessary to deeper research and understanding.In this thesis,On the predecessor’s foundation to the BDFM studied,proceed from its basic characteristics,based on the perspective of VSCF wind power generation start,to tooth harmonic method in design of the wound rotor brushless double fed motor,the research work is as follows:According to the existing research results,analyzes the basic structure and working principle of BDFM and the several of operation mode This paper adopts winding rotor pole changing method of BDFM as the research object,describes the operation mechanism of the BDFM.The electromagnetic mathematical model of brushless doubly fed generator(BDFG)is established based on the basic principle of wound rotor BDFG;The size of the output voltage of the power winding is directly influenced by the size of the BDFM control winding current,So the current close-loop control method should be adopted.When the excitation current component is ignored,the current magnitude of the control winding and the power winding are equal approximately.This can be used as the basis for the design of the outer voltage loop.An independent generation control algorithm of BDFG is presented in this paper whether the position sensors exist or do not exist,and the output voltage can be controlled effectively using the presented method;Designed based on TMS320F2812 brushless doublyfed generator power control system,and builds a 2 pole of power winding,4 pole control winding of the 100 kw BDFM experiment platform,BDFM operate in synchronous speed,synchronous speed and super synchronous speed operation state and variable load grid connection experiments.The feasibility of the proposed sensorless control method is proved by experimental results.
