Under the dual pressures of increasingly serious problem of energy shortage and environmental protection,the renewable distributed generation technology has attracted widespread attention for its environmental protection and power generation resources.In recent years,distributed energy has obtained the rapid development,as more and more distributed energy access to the distribution network,distribution network will face more challenges,such as the uncertainty of distributed energy generation,energy distributed directly connected the impact on the system,the system of distributed energy and the ability to accept a limited distribution network faced a two-way flow of increasingly prominent.To address these challenges,the existing passive distribution network shall have the ability to actively manage the distribution network transformation initiative,and distributed power supply is necessary in the form of micro-grid access active distribution network as well.The paper describes the basic concept of micro-grid and active distribution network,analyzes the micro-grid operation mode and active distribution network characteristics,and introduces the active management model;then discusses the basic concept and research ideas of load forecasting,using differential evolution algorithm combined load forecasting model based on support vector machine to solve to improve accuracy of load forecasting;micro-grid subsequently distributed power optimized configuration as a starting point,based on consideration of the uncertainty on the output of distributed power distribution power was uncertainty modeling,a bi-level programming model active management of distributed power is established.The goal of the upper level programming is to minimize the generation cost of the distributed generation,and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is adopted to solve the problem.And the lower layer to the micro-grid distributed active output is to cut the minimum amount as target and using simulation of distributed power output uncertainties by Monte Carlo in active management,and then use the Latin hypercube sampling method,the optimal power flow plan of distributed power can be obtained by the correlation process with random variables and crisscross algorithm;and finally take theinitiative to explore the distribution network structure planning with micro-grid,including the selection of micro-grid access position and considering micro-grid active distribution network expansion planning.Among them,the micro-grid in the active distribution network in the distribution plan is to make the comprehensive minimum operating cost as the goal,through MOPSO algorithm,expansion planning is used to support micro-grid access high permeability distribution network active grid technology economic optimization method.A numerical example proves that using differential evolution algorithm and support vector machine regression load forecasting has good accuracy and stability,what's more,distributed power grid access to micro-active distribution network can effectively enable distributed power friendly access active distribution network,asset utilization,power quality and power reliability are also improved,which can verify the correctness and rationality of the planning scheme of this paper.
