With the continuous development of the construction industry, the Construction supplies industry represented by tile occupies an important position in the field of national economy. At present, the traditional method of artificial tile is difficult to meet the requirements of yield and quality of modern housing construction. A new type of automatic tile making equipment is urgently needed in the tile manufacturing industry, can replace the traditional way of labor, improve the company quality and production efficiency, to meet the demand of construction market.Combined with domestic and foreign brick industry status and trends, this paper puts forward a design scheme of building tile machine based on PLC control and pneumatic hydraulic power as the driving system based on the existing working conditions firstly. Secondly, according to the overall program, the paper includes the parameter design of tile machine, completes the design of mechanical structure such as sucker grabbing, blank conveying and molding, and uses Solidworks modeling technology to complete the 3D model of mechanical parts and equipment. Then, the paper analyzes the reliability of the key structures, completes the reliability analysis of the mud blank resetting suction, the static analysis of the push-in and the wick-arm structure, the modal analysis under the pre-stress of the molded body and the hydraulic cylinder fatigue analysis, to further improve the reliability of key components to put forward reasonable views;Finally, using the system parameter design theory and AMESim system simulation technology, the paper completes the system design of pneumatic loop and molded hydraulic Circuit for Blank, builds the HCD, PCD system simulation model based on AMESim, to analyze the motion characteristics and flow characteristics of each circuit system, to verify the rationality of the system design, and provide the basis for Field Application.This paper studies a kind of building tile system which is used in the manufacture of tile using the method of structural parameter design and reliability analysis, system design and characteristic simulation analysis.. It realizes the mechanization and automation of blank conveying and forming function, improving the quality of tile and automation level and reducing the labor intensity of workers.The research has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the automation of brick and tile manufacturing industry, which provides a new idea for the improvement of cylinder tile manufacturing line.
