The study about metamorphic mechanisms can be traced back to 1995,originating from the application of multi-fingered hand in decorating style gift carton packaging research,and it was first proposed in 1998.Metamorphic mechanisms have a very broad application prospects in many fields,and have become a hot research topic in recent years.Currently,the theoretical system of metamorphic mechanisms is not mature yet,and research in all aspects needs to be deepened and improved.In this article,metamorphic mechanisms are studied.Firstly,the kinematic pair symbol and component geometry symbols are introduced into the adjacency matrix,and the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms is constructed;By using the symbolic adjacency matrix,the representation of metamorphic cell and metamorphic gene are improved,the construction steps and rules of the symbolic adjacency matrix in the process of metamorphic gene aggregation are established,and then the metamorphic gene aggregation are classified according to the way of aggregation,the way of mutation and the result.Secondly,the article observes the aggregation of metamorphic genes from the perspective of cell division,and proposes the concept of the fission growth for the first time.The definition and function formula of the fission growth of metamorphic gene are given,the construction steps and rules of the symbol adjacency matrix in the process of the fission growth of the metamorphic gene are established,and then classified according to the way of division.Thirdly,based on the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms,the structure synthesis methods and steps of metamorphic mechanisms are given,and appropriate improvements are made on the existing algorithms.The metamorphic equation and metamorphic function value algorithm is redefined and verified.A metamorphic logger is designed,and the effectiveness of the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms as well as the feasibility of the method of structural synthesis based on the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix is verified.Fourth,on the basis of this,the structural characteristics of metamorphic mechanisms are analyzed.Based on the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms,the structure analysis methods of metamorphic mechanisms are given.The freedom degree of the metamorphic logging mechanisms,the transformation of function as well as topological structure are analyzed respectively in the example.The effectiveness of the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms and the feasibility of the method of structure analysis based on the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix is verified.The component geometric symbols are ntroduced into this paper,the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms is constructed,thus realizing the combination between the matrix description method and gene modeling theory.Based on the kinematic chain symbolic adjacency matrix of metamorphic mechanisms,theoretical research is conducted on the metamorphic mechanisms structure design and structure analysis,and examples are given to verify.New ideas on metamorphic mechanisms configuration description,structure design and analysis have are provided,and development and perfection of the theoretical system of metamorphic mechanisms are promoted.
