| With the rapid development of railway transportation and Urban Rail Transit, It is vital to connect railway station and city metro, and it can make a city internal and external integration, convenient transfer between the two traffic system, to reduce the passenger’s travel time, improve transportation integration construction is of great significance.The previous scholars have conducted a lot of internal transfer of city track traffic system researches, but the research object is mainly the passenger flow between the city rail transit, the existing railway station subway line for passenger flow is less studied, and the two types of passenger traffic characteristics is of great difference, the characteristics of passenger flow is the key factor affecting the through capacity of transfer facilities,while the buffer is the bottleneck part of passenger transfer facilities efficiency. This paper based on the characteristics of the passenger flow transferring between railway and urban rail transit,studying the buffer’s though capacity while transferring between the two systems.Transfer buffer facilities include transfer channels, ticketing facilities, serpentine channels, security facilities and other facilities with a limited number of pedestrians, this paper refers to the snake-shaped channel and security facilities. This paper focuses on two, the first, from the micro perspective analysis of the passenger sex composition, age differences, carrying baggage size and other factors on the passengers through the security facilities consumption time. Based on the survey data of Beijing West subway station, the security calculation model which embodies the characteristics of passenger flow is established, and the theoretical calculation result is obtained. Using the simulation software AnyLogic to obtain the simulation results, compared with the theoretical calculation results; The second, combined with the role of the serpentine channel in the buffer facility and the ability to pass the security check the use of simulation software to research the length of the serpentine channel, width, number of corners and serpentine channel layout of the different forms of passenger travel characteristics of the impact, and then the use of Matlab Compared with the simulation results, the calculated results are compared with those of the serpentine channel and the security facilities. Concluded as follow:(1) Gender and age have no obvious difference on the passing capacity of security inspection facilities;(2)The capacity of security inspection facilities based on passenger flow characteristics is 1420 p /h, and the simulation result is 1410 p /h;(3) A serpentine channel that allows one person to pass, the simulation result is 1966 p/h;(4) Beijing West subway station one people wide serpentine passage and one security inspection facilities match better.Finally, taking the Beijing West Railway Station as a case to study, using simulation to optimize the west station, taking the buffer facilities as the most basic and most important transfer facilities, improving the experience of passenger station transfer hub,puts forward the optimization suggestion. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design of transfer buffer facilities in railway transportation and urban rail transit in the future. |
