The durability and stability of asphalt pavement structure are in close relation to the interface characteristic,the superiority and inferiority of the interface characteristic have a direct influence on the overall performance of the pavement structure.In this paper,based on the tunnel construction of jingxi-napo highway,it is studied that the machanics characteristics of warm mix asphalt concrete and interface of its connection to the cement concrete.The purpose of this paper was to do related tests for mechanics performance through controlling the temperature,water environment,stress level and other factors,in order to get the mechanics characteristics of warm mix asphalt and interface changing with the external environment,and it has a great significance for improving the service life of the asphalt road.(1)Tests under different temperature(low temperature,normal temperature,high temperature Etc.five kinds of temperature),different water environment(no water,soaking)and three kinds of normal stress(0.3MPa,0.5MPa,0.7MPa)load are taken,to study the shear strength and splitting strength of warm mix asphalt concrete and interface between it and cement concrete,at the same time,to provide the basis for subsequent fatigue test conditions.The results show that the shear strength of material and the interface are decreased significantly with temperature rised,shear strength increased with the normal stress rised,shear strength reduced at the condition of soaking.The splitting strength of warm mix asphalt concrete decreased obviously with the rise of temperature.Compared with the state of soaking,the splitting strength of warm mix asphalt concrete is higher under the state of no water.(2)According to the shearing device developed,under the temperature at 15?,by controlling the water environment(no water,soaking),the normal stress(0.5MPa,0,7MPa)and stress level(0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7),the performance of shear fatigue of asphalt pavement structure on the cement concrete is researched.The results show that the splitting fatigue resistance of warm mix asphalt concrete is better under the condition of no water,and the durable performance of material and interface under the condition of no water environment and the stress of 0.7MPa is good,and the sensitivity of the number of cyclic loading for she shear stress is small.(3)To select different temperature(30?,50?),the water environment(no water,soaking)and the normal stress(0.5MPa,0.7MPa)respectively for dynamic shear creep tests of warm mix asphalt concrete and interface of its connection to cement concrete,it is concluded that the lower temperature,no water environment and large normal stress are benificial to improve the dynamic shear creep resistance of asphalt pavement structure on cement concrete.
