With the development of society and industrial technology,a stable supply of electricity has become an important guarantee,which improves the rapid of the industrial development,and the quality of people life.Various industries is more and more inseparable from the electric power industry,hence the security,reliability and stability of power supply has become the top priority in power system operation.According to statistics,in recent years,85%of major power outage is caused by distribution network fault,and how to provide reliable information for the fault quickly remove,automatically cut out the fault source and fast power supply is normal,namely,narrowing the scope of power,reduce outage time,and ensure reliable power supply is becoming more and more urgent,so the research on the fault self-healing control technology for power distribution network is becoming more and more important.The development course,basic function and basic structure of the self-healing control system for power distribution network are introduced to design and realize the distribution network self-healing control system with superior performances in this paper.According to the requirements and the characteristics of distribution network in China,the overall architecture of the self-healing control system for power distribution network is determined,and the research and design method about the key technologies in the self-healing system for distribution network are discussed in detail.The main research work in this paper includes the following aspects:First of all,the operation requirements and structural the characteristics of distribution network in China are analyzed and summarized,and according to the operation requirements of power distribution network and the basic task of the self-healing control system,the basic functions the self-healing control system for power distribution network are put forward.According to the basic function of the self-healing control theory for power distribution network and existing the architecture of self-healing control system,the three-layer structure is used as the basic framework of the self-healing control system for distribution network,and the construction scheme of the self-healing control system for zhuzhou power distribution network are introduced as an example in detail.Secondly,the objective function is built according to the basic requirements of the self-healing system for power distribution network,and the fault self-healing control method for distribution network based on improved particle swarm algorithm is proposed,finally proposed the self-healing control method is analyzed and verified by simulations.Finally,the communication requirements of the self-healing system are analyzed for design of the support layer,which is the key technology of the self-healing control system for power distribution network.The data communication system of the self-healing system for the specified regional distribution network is designed together with the present network structure and communication structure of the specified regional distribution network.According to the equipment selection and configuration of each network layer of EPON,the light power calculation of links and the typical circuit analysis for EPON network,the network implementation plan of EPON is determined.Moreover,the weak coverage of wireless public network is considered,and the medium-pressure broadband carrier private network communication mode is used for the additional plan of EPON communication network implementation plan.The proposed fault self-healing control method and communication mode for distribution network will provide the reference for the implementation of the self-healing control system for power distribution network in the national strategy for the construction of the smart grid,which has extensively prospect in engineering application.
