As an important element of pressure pipeline,the tee is widely used in petroleum,chemical,electricity and heating industries,because of its complex geometrical shape and difficult analysis in mathematics,it is still not mature and simple calculation method of stress.Especially in recent years,the heating scale continues to expand with the speeding up of urbanization pace.it also put forward higher request for the safety of the heating pipe network.At present,there is no perfect theory research about the large diameter buried stamped tee at home and abroad,in view of the situation,this paper analyzes the influence factors of buried stamped tee in detail through the finite element analysis method,introducing the different ways of branch,inner and outer corner radius and the wall thickness of the main branch of tee,when stamped tee in the action of pressure load,temperature load and displacement load.In this paper,it is concluded that stress distribution of buried stamped tee in the pressure load,temperature load and displacement load by finite element software.For the different branch,stress mainly focuses on the front of the tee for vertical tee and parallel tee,stress mainly focuses on the back of the tee for 45° tee when the displacement of main line of 0 mm.The maximum equivalent stress value of three ways proportion increase with the branch length increases,The stress of 45° tee increase fastest,vertical tee times,the stress of parallel tee increase slowest;The stress value of vertical tee and 45° tee increases slowly with the increase of the displacement of the main line,stress value of parallel tee increases sharply when the displacement is positive direction,the stress value of parallel tee increases slowly when the displacement is opposite direction;stress value of three ways reduces gradually with the increase of inner and outer corner radius and the wall thickness of the main branch of tee;Finally,it can be concluded that the parallel tee is better than the others by comparing the three ways,vertical tee times,Stress of 45° tee is the largest.
