The advantages of Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are simple structure,high efficiency,excellent performance,and good stability,and because of this,the PMSM is widely used in the field of wind power generation,industrial robots,production etc.A fixed magnetic field of PMSM is generated by embedding a high performance permanent magnet,the excitation winding of rotor part is omitted,the reactive power of the motor is reduced,the power factor is improved,the efficiency is increased.At the same time simple structure makes the motor inside is not easy to damage,the stability of the motor is improved,the cost of later maintenance is reduced.Reasonable control of the motor to give full play to the performance to increase the production capacity,but also the energy is saved.With the development of technology,a variety of control methods have been developed,but no matter what kind of control method,the design of the controller can not be separated from the precise motor parameters.The methods of obtaining the motor parameters can be divided into two categories: off-line parameter measurement and on-line parameter identification.The motor parameters obtained by off-line parameter measurement method,such as motor stalling test,short circuit test by using transient method,are parameters of the motor at rest,The real motor parameters during the operation of the motor can not be reflected.Aiming at this shortcoming,the advantage of on-line parameter identification method is that the identification results can track the change of motor parameters,then the controller parameters can be adjusted in real time with the change of motor parameters,the accuracy of the motor control method is improved,and the motor performance is improved.Numerous of parameter identify algorithms each has its own advantages and disadvantages because of its different emphasis,the convergence speed and convergence precision can be used to represent the performance of the algorithm.The advantage of the multi-innovation algorithm is that to increase the efficiency of data utilization,the amount of data needed for each calculation can be changed by changing the length of the new information.To solve the problem that the performance of some algorithm is not ideal because of the low utilization rate,use the multi-innoavtion algorithm to improve the original algorithm,then the utilization efficiency of the data is increased on the basis of the original advantages of the reservation algorithm,the performance of the algorithm is improved,then by introducing the concept of forgetting factor,the improved algorithm is further optimizedIn this paper,the mathematical model of PMSM has been introduced first,on this basis,The vector control model of PMSM is established by using the vector control method,the parameters of the motor are collected,the parameters of the motor are identified by using the stochastic gradient algorithm,the least absolute algorithm and the orthogonal projection algorithm,and the algorithms are optimized by multi-innovation algorithm and forgetting factor according to the advantages and disadvantages,at last the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by the comparison of the parameters identification results.
