The further development of the automobile industry in the world is restricted by the two problems of energy crisis and environmental pollution.The new energy vehicle is not widely used because of its immature technology.Hybrid electric vehicle is a bridge between traditional and new energy automobiles of the two,has the advantages of low pollution,low power consumption advantages,which affect the vehicle motor starts and the lack of power to provide auxiliary power,braking and Recyclable braking energy,so the control of the motor vehicle plays a crucial role in the property of the vehicle.Aiming at the motor control problem in HEV,the fuzzy control theory is introduced into the motor control,and the main work is as follows:The HEV motor as the research object,analyzes the working mode of the vehicle,the working state of the motor and the cooperation relationship between the motor and other parts in the running state of the vehicle.Comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various motor,selection of permanent magnet synchronous motor as a model,characteristics respectively with direct torque control method and fuzzy control method of PMSM output torque,speed and current waveform.On the basis of the original motor control strategy of ADVISOR,further improve the control method,find the optimal output results.Modeling and simulation of direct torque control system and fuzzy direct torque control system in MATLAB/Simulink,the motor control strategy will be built in Simulink and into the ADVISOR vehicle model.Under the new control strategy,the vehicle fuel,emisions and the change of battery soc value is studied.Finally,the bench test is carried out.The results show that the control system based on fuzzy rules can not only keep the fast dynamic response,but also reduce the harmonic component of the stator current,the torque ripple and the flux pulse momentum.The modified control strategy optimizes the motor work efficiency,reduces the vehicle pollutant emissions and improves the vehicle operating efficiency.
