Study On Mechanical Performance Experiment And Construction Technology Of Mobile Flood Wall

Combined with the basic needs of the imported mobile flood control wall used in the specific flood control project of a city,and the research status of urban flood control at home and abroad,the imported mobile flood control wall is used as the research object to analyze the product performance and extract the corresponding performance indicators.Meanwhile a mobile flood control wall test base is designed and constructed,specially to carry out mechanical performance test and construction technology research.Specifically including the following three aspects:1.According to the German and European standards,specifications,test report of imported mobile flood wall,the material performance of the products and components are researched,analyzing the product performance and extracting the corresponding performance indicators.2.After the installation of mobile flood wall was completed,the stress state of each part under different water storage height was measured with storing water to design height step by step.The experimental results show that concrete foundation stress gauges were less in normal water.When the water level is 1.8m,the maximum tensile stress is 0.87 MPa,far less than the tensile strength of reinforced concrete foundation,no cracks,and the structure is safe and reliable.3.Test on the center position Anchorage experiment plot.The center post and concrete foundation are without cracks loaded by 0KN to 97 KN nearly two times the normal water load in the anchorage test area.The displacement and strain are linear distribution with the load and in elastic stage,that can guarantee the normal operation of mobile flood wall.4.Reading the standard guide of stainless steel embedded parts and aluminum alloy,this paper put forward two methods of installation of anchor plate,combined with the engineering construction site: 1)reserved slot installation method,2)direct installation method.Testing the two installation methods in the test base,the results show that the first method can meet the requirements of image progress and schedule in the case of anchor plates cannot be approached on time.It is good effect that anchor plates are fixed early into reinforced concrete foundation after approaching on time.The installation test results show that this type of mobile flood wall is easy and efficient to install.
