Steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column is a new form of steel reinforced concrete stricture which is more and more popular in recent years.Comparing with reinforced concrete special-sheaped,because there are steel in the column,the steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column has better bearing capacity and ductility under the same cross section.These advantages can not only meet the engieneering requirement for tall and big span,but also can protect the steel effectively,and the limb width is the same with the thickness of filling wall,so it can combine beauty with flexibility of building perfectly,and provide users with comfortable working space and living environment.There are three kinds of cross shapes of steel reinforced concrete special-shaped column,cross-shaped,T-shaped and L-shaped.In this paper,we use finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze mechanical property of cross steel reinforced concrete special-shaped short column,we have done the following work:We simulate the load situation of cross steel reinforced concrete special-shaped short column by changing rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size.When we change one of the factors of rate of steel,concrete strength level and steel strength level,the load-displacement curves have the same shape and changed trend,this phenomenon show that the specimens have the similar rigidity in elastic stage.When change the section size of specimen,there have obvious difference of rigidity in elastic stage,the rigidity increase with increasing of section size.The ultimate bearing capacity increases with increasing of rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size.We simulate the load situation of cross steel reinforced concrete special-shaped short column by changing rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size,and axial compression ratio.When loading axial compression ratio above 0.4,the ultimate bearing capacity descrease,and the ultimate bearing capacity descrease gradually with increasing of axial compression ratio.The ultimate bearing capacity increases gradually with increasing of rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size.We can see that the ultimate bearing capacity of all parameter specimens decrease after loading axial compression ratio 0.4 by comparing with the specimens which load by bending moment and shearing force.We simulate the load situation of cross steel reinforced concrete special-shaped short column by changing rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size,and axial compression ratio.We can see that from the hysteretic curve,no matter how change the parameter,all hysteretic curves show full fusiformis,and the rheostriction which cause by slippage phenomenon don’t appear,this show that all specimens have better ductility,ability of plastic transformation,better anti-seismic property and can absorb the power of earthquake well.When loading axial compression ratio above 0.4,anti-seismic property and ultimate bearing capacity of specimen decrease with increasing of axial compression ratio,and skeleton curve appear obvious decrease trend,this show that the ductility decrease of specimen.The anti-seismic property and the ultimate bearing capacity increase with increasing of rate of steel,concrete strength level,steel strength level and section size.
