Abstract/Summary:
The profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs have been used widely in high-rise buildings in our country.Composite slabs have superior force performance and comprehensive indexes,such as high stiffness,good ductility,construction convenience and high economic benefit.The failure mode of composite slabs can be generally divided into three categories:bend failure,longitudinal shear-bond failure and inclined section shear failure.In order to investigate the behavior of long span composite slab with opened profiled steel sheeting and provide design basis,tests of 2 short span LF3W-880 simply supported specimens are conducted.Through the test,cross-sectional strain distribution and slip distribution of the slabs are observed and recorded.Based on the test results,the end of composite floor slab studs on the bearing capacity of composite floor slab performance and the influence of the slip were obtained.Test results and force balance method are used to get the bond stress and slip between steel and concrete interface constitutive relation,applying the constitutive relation to the ABAQUS the finite element model analysis and calculation.Comparing the finite element analysis results and the test results,getting a more accurate model,the calculation model can meet the accuracy requirement of the analysis.Using above-mentioned model to calculate composite slab,strain of concrete and profiled steel deck,deflection,slide and bearing capacity of composite slab are analyzed.And according to computational results,a formula about longitudinal shear bearing capacity of short span composite slab with profiled steel sheeting LF3W-880 is made.Eight models of long span simply supported profiled steel sheeting-concrete composite slabs were built using ABAQUS and related analysis were performed in order to study the shear-bond bearing capacity and shear-bond property of the long span LF3W-880.The simulation results showed that the failure modes of four specimens were shear-bond failure,the others specimens were bending failure.The influence factors of shear-bond property were thickness of profiled steel sheeting,composite slabs and studs.Based on the simulation results and the theoretical derivation,the shear bond stress and the bearing capacity of the shear-bond practical formulas have been obtained.
