With the development of computer technologies,the urban water supply system is gradually transformed into the informationalized and digital management mode.Forming intelligent water service in intelligent city and establishing the hydraulic model have become the modern technologies for the design,construction and operation management of water supply network.The hydraulic model can correctly analyze and comprehensively grasp the system operation conditions and thus achieve the scientificity of the operation of water supply network system,so it is the important development direction for the modern management technology of urban water supply system.The basic data of a water plant of M city in East China,including the water pump parameter,pressure measuring point and flowmeter were collected,and the basic data of the pipe network in M city were supplemented with mean value supplement method and the supplement by data in the same time of similar days.Then the basic data was input into the Bentley WaterGEMS software in the form of shp.,to establish the topological structure of the pipe network.Further misarrangement was conducted to the pipe network data and topological structure with the cut-and-try method to establish the hydraulic model of pipe network in M city;manual and automatic checks were made to the model,and the existing water quantity and unknown water quantity of the node were assigned;finally the accuracy of the hydraulic model was assessed.The pressure measuring points with the error of less than 1m were 41,while those with the error of less than 2m were 73;flowmeters accounting for 1%of the total water supply of pipe network were 4,while those accounting for 5%were 6,and the error ranges of the 6 flowmeters were all less than 5%,thus meeting the requirements of the pipe network in accuracy.With the hydraulic model of M city,transformation plans were proposed for the DN800pipeline transformation in Shuangxiqiao Road of M city and the hydraulic dispatch of pipe network after the shutdown of The Third Water Plant.After the removal of DN800 pipeline in Shuangxiqiao Road,a new DN800 pipeline was added in 08 provincial road,to ensure the demands of pipeline water supply area in Shuangxiqiao Road,and the pressure is about to be0.2MPa.After the shutdown of The Third Water Supply,the water exit pressure of The Second Water Plant was increased to be 0.15MPa,and the quantity of water exit was increased to be15×10m~3/d,so as to satisfy the water supply requirements of the pipe network.Then the operation results of the plan was predicted and displayed with the hydraulic model.In the optimized layout of pressure measuring points,the installation positions of newly added pressure measuring points in the east area were simulated with hydraulic model,and the node elevations in east area were classified and analyzed with the fuzzy clustering method,to find out 5 representative nodes.Then the positions of pressure measuring points were arranged in reference with the arrangement principles of pressure measuring points,and the reflection conditions of pressure gage for the pressure in surrounding area after the arrangement of pressure measuring points were simulated in the model;26 pressure measuring points were added and positions were adjusted constantly to realize the optimal site selection of pressure measuring points.The leakage conditions of pipe network were studied,the leakage positioning was transformed into the optimization problem,and the head loss problem in pipe network similar to the node flow checking,the leakage quantity of pipe network leakage points was considered as the abnormal increase of node flow,and the hydraulic model of pipe network was simulated.When there was difference between the simulated water quantity in the model and the practical water quantity,and the pressure value had changes,then the leakage at this point could be derived reversely;the position could be confirmed with the model tracking of pipe network,to find out leakage points at site rapidly.In the calculation of leakage quantity,the accuracy of jet coefficient K was directly affecting the accuracy of leakage quantity.On the basis of hydraulic model simulation,the Darwin checking machine in WaterGEMS software was adopted to make checking to the jet coefficient K value in area A of M city,so as to obtain the K value in the pipe network in each time.Through pipe transformation,hydraulic dispatch,optimized arrangement of pressure measuring points and application of leakage positioning,the hydraulic model of water supply pipe network can meet the requirements for scientific water supply and informationalized management.
