Based on the basic formulation principle of foam concrete,the article integrates with the requirements of researches on foam concrete of high performance in recent years and selects the most widely used materials of chemical foam concrete to carry out a series of experimental research on foam concrete.By adjusting the content of the foam stabilizer and mixing the lightweight aggregate,the foam concrete with thermal conductivity of 0.063 W / m·K and 0.067 W / m·K is prepared respectively.In this paper,the stability of foam and the hydrophobicity of lightweight aggregate in the preparation of foam concrete are improved,then study the relevant performance.The content of the foam stability research mainly includes: calcium stearate steady bubble time and steady bubble effect;foam stability to the influence of pore structure;the indirect impact of foam stability on water absorption,compressive strength,thermal conductivity.the content of lightweight aggregate research mainly includes: confirm the optimal concentration and the best dosage of hydrophobic agents in the modification process of expanded perlite;the different effect with expanded perlite for foam concrete of different density;the water absorption of modified expanded perlite foam concrete;the impact of foam concrete mechanics and thermal performance with the expanded perlite admixture.This paper,based on the above two aspects of basic research,chose good performance parameters of foam concrete and carried out numerical simulation for foam concrete external wall thermal insulation system.In order to ensure the authenticity of the numerical simulation,the environmental parameters come from the actual measurements of the thermal environment parameters in the 2015 whole year of Hangzhou.By compared with the results of common foam concrete external wall thermal insulation simulation,the foam concrete external wall thermal insulation system has the better advantages after improvement of performance.Combining inorganic non-combustible of the characteristics of the foam concrete,Modified foam concrete external wall thermal insulation are comparable to polystyrene external wall thermal insulation.
