The Research Of Technical Evaluation And Maintenance Technology On CRCP

The continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP)is one of the high-grade pavement structures.For without joints which may produce a variety of diseases,CR CP developed rapidly in our nation in the 1990s.So far,for the service conditions of CRCP,a part of CRCP has appeared different degrees of damage.It is necessary to study the maintenance technology of CRCP,so as to maintain the normal performance of CRCP and ensure the driving safety and comfort.For further research of the CRCP performance,we do a lot of detailed surveys of CRCP in the section of Leiyang to Yizhang in Beijing-zhuhai expressway;and then,synthetic evaluate each road technical condition index and find out the reasons of major differences in driveway damaged conditions.Through the traffic survey,analysis of the design documents and arrangement of construction materials,it can objective reflect the status of CRCP,so as to guide the maintenance of the old CRCP.This paper also analyzes the reasons of diseases of CRCP.According to failure modes and the effect of pavement quality,the diseases can be divided into 3classes,namely cracks,surface disease and other diseases.For the severity of different types of diseases,there are three hierarchies:mild,moderate,severe.In the crack survey,we discover that it is not scientific to evaluate crack width and road performance with crack spacing.There are many reasons for cracks happened.When the crack is too wide,surface water penetrates into the bottom of the plate that will damage the road structure.A good joint sealing can prevent the occurrence of water damage,so it is necessary to study the CRCP crack sealing technology.The plate subbase appeared serious defects or disengaging after the water damage,a suit of press-oar skills in settle down plat bottom escape of CRCP should be provided.When plates are serious damaged or the local and continuous reinforced concrete fall off,and even the press-oar skill does not work,it has to change the new plate.It is necessary to put forward the way to solve the problem of a lap between the new and old plate to ensure the integrity of CRCP.
