The emergence of the automobile has became one of the important driving forces to transform human society into a well-developed industrial society,and greatly improved the quality of people’s life.In recent years,the demand for liquid petroleum fuels of automobiles and other means of transport is increasing rapidly.Automobile exhaust has became one of the important factors of air pollution.In the context of energy and environmental issues has brought many challenges to the automotive industry,new energy vehicles are widely concerned with their energy conservation,safety,economy and environmental protection.This paper take the parallel SUV hybrid vehicle in ADVISOR electric vehicle simulation software as a reference design prototype.The new electric car is designed aiming at the problem that the fuel economy,power performance and the level of braking energy recovery can not be balanced.Analyze three types of the energy storage structure,such as electric hybrid power system,flywheel hybrid power system,hydraulic hybrid power system,and three connection mode and the arrangement of power transmission system in hybrid electric vehicle,such as series hybrid power system,parallel hybrid power system,series-parallel hybrid power system,accomplish the design for the structure of parallel electric-hydraulic regenerative braking system,then analyzed its working principle.Through the simulation,comparison and analyze about the fuel economy,power performance and the level of braking energy recovery of the hybrid vehicle with batteries,hydraulic accumulator or ultracapators and ICE Vehicles,determine the hybrid form of engine-accumulator-ultracapator.In this paper,through the analysis of the mechanical properties,the distribution of braking energy and the performance of the hydraulic components of the electric-hydraulic hybrid vehicle,determine the force of each component,complete the design for parameters of the vehicle.Complete the vehicle assembly module based on MATLAB.Because of the good openness,modularity,uniqueness,applicability and compatibility of ADVISOR,In this paper,used ADVISOR 2002 to test the performance of the whole vehicle and the assembly modules.The test results show: the electric vehicles with the hybrid form of engine-accumulator-ultracapator can meet the design requirements and performed better in the fuel economy,power performance,the level of braking energy recovery and endurance.Provide some reference of the research and development of hybrid vehicle.
