The diesel particulate filter(DPF)can effectively reduce the particulate matters emitted from diesel engines,and its industrial applications are very extensive.Based on the regeneration performance test bench with additional heating sources,the different carbon black loading device were carried out and the regeneration performance of DPF under different temperature conditions was studied,which provided the theoretical basis and experimental references for the commercial application of DPF.Firstly,based on the non-uniform loading method of carbon black,the changing rule of DPF regeneration performance was studied when the flow temperature was changed.The experiment results showed that when the temperature was declined from 550? to 450?,with the extension of the high temperature regeneration time,the maximum temperature increased and fluctuated sharply,which brought the risk of burning the carrier.With the increase of the high temperature regeneration time,renewable energy consumption was also increasing.Before 500 seconds the amount of regeneration inside the carrier mainly occurred in the central region of the carrier and the regeneration efficiency was basically unchanged.After 500 seconds the carbon black at the edge of the carrier began to oxidize and regeneration efficiency gradually increased.With the extension of the high temperature regeneration time,the performance ratio rose before it declined.Secondly,based on the uniform loading method of carbon black,the effect of different flow temperature on DPF regeneration performance was studied.The experiment results showed that compared to the non-uniform loading method of carbon black,when the loading was uniform,the temperature field inside the carrier rarely had temperature wave.The fluctuation range of maximum temperature inside the carrier was small,the maximum fluctuation range was about 10?.The range of temperature gradient inside carrier was also small,which reduced the risk of burning carrier.With the extension of the regeneration time,the linear increase trend of regeneration efficiency was obvious.Once again,based on the uniform loading method of carbon black,the changing rule of DPF regeneration performance was studied when the flow temperature was changed.The experiment results showed that when the temperature changed from low to high temperature,temperature wave in the inner temperature field of the carrier appeared at the high temperature stage.When the temperature changed from high to low temperature,temperature wave in the inner temperature field of the carrier did not appear.When the temperature was raised from 500? to 550?,due to the existence of heat loss,the performance ratio declined before it remained the same;The performance ratio increased slightly before it increased rapidly when the temperature was raised from 500? to 575?.The performance ratio increased gradually when the temperature changed from high to low temperature.When the temperature was reduced from 575? to 500?,it was found that the heat generated in the high temperature stage could make the carbon black continue to spontaneous combustion,the continuity of regeneration was better,and the regeneration efficiency was higher than the regeneration efficiency when the temperature was raised from 500? to 550?.In addition,based on the non-uniform loading method of carbon black,the effect rule of temperature on particulate emission DPF thermal regeneration performance was studied.The experiment results showed that particles concentration at the exit of DPF increased first and then decreased,and particles concentration increased obviously when temperature wave in the inner temperature field of the carrier appeared.The distribution of particles at the exit of DPF was single-peak,particle size was in the 5 ~ 25 nm,and particles were mainly the nuclear mode.With the increase of temperature,the numerical increase was obvious when the regeneration temperature was 510?,and the series changed obviously when the regeneration temperature was 550 ?.When the loading was non-uniform,the fluctuation range of maximum temperature inside the carrier was large,which made particles concentration at the exit of DPF exist fluctuation.
