Dazhun railway mainline 264 kilometers in length,the terrain is mainly hilly and mountain,there are soft soil and aeolian sand in local geological conditions,which belongs to the serious soil erosion area.The height of subgrade high embankment is 30 meters.The top excavation slope is up to 47 meters high and the slope area is up to 46 meters.Floods,sandstorms and other natural disaster phenomena have occurred from time to time,which led to frost boiling mud,sinking collapse phenomenon of subgrade in the rainy,frost heave phenomenon in winter,those disasters are serious threats to the safe operation of Dazhun railway.With the increasing transport demand,the pressure of transport of the Dazhun railway will be further increased.With the increasing of quantity of shipments year by year,the maintenance time is also reduced by two per week to ten days skylight plus state of maintenance.The manual inspection measures are taken by Dazhun railway is relatively backward now.Dazhun railway subgrade frost damage in the presence of security risks and backward inspection means are to be solved.The railway needs long-term comprehensive treatment,so this paper provides security and technical support for the safe operation of Dazhun railway.In this paper,the domestic and foreign research results of the roadbed disease treatment theory are summarized,and the domestic and foreign mature roadbed disease treatment methods,assessment methods are analyzed.The design construction and operation of Dazhun railway are summarized and subgrade defect detected by ground radar are classified and analysed.The application of various methods at home and abroad are summarized.According to worksite test of K35+360-K35+540,K36+000-K36+510,K37+400-K37+640,K136+600-K136+938 and K255+600-K255+977,etc.,and the compacted lime soil compaction pile,multifunctional drains,drain dry drainage holes and the gravel squeezed dense pile of a set of freezing remediation construction methods are put forward.The drainage system is formed by combining gravel piles and drainage holes.The pore water in the subgrade is drained through the gravel pile and the drainage hole to the outside of the subgrade,and get a better effect.
