The solar energy is an inexhaustible natural green energy.With the growth of the national economy,the energy consumption continuously increases and the energy structure is becoming more and more serious.The future energy security situation is grim with the increasing of resource and environmental constraints and the difficulty of energy-saving and emission reduction,so the development pattern of leading industry with the green economy is rising globally.China has rich resources of solar energy,where from the west of Lanzhou,Gansu Hexi Corridor,extending to the eastern part of Xinjiang is an important area of the solar energy.For a long time,due to the weather factors,the continuity and stability of the solar thermal resources could not be guaranteed and which influenced the development of the solar energy in the region.If the natural gas system and the Finel solar thermal system can be combined and used together,the advantages of complementary can be exerted,both the continuity and stability of heat supply can be ensured,but also the energy costs can be saved.The energy conservation efficiency about the complementary application of the natural gas and linear Finel solar energy was researched and the economic efficiency of the solar collector system was analyzed,which is the main purpose of this paper to be studied and to be experimented with Fresnel solar complementary system in Lanzhou.According to the characteristics of geographical location and solar thermal radiation in Lanzhou,the impact of the hot water systems including weather,sunshine time,radiation intensity,light and heat conversion efficiency,water pipe cooling etc.,various factors are analyzed based on the foundation of gas heating system,which combined with application of Finel solar thermal energy system,also the economical efficiency and feasibility of the application of complementary gas system and the solar thermal systems were researched and demonstrated in detail.In the course of the study,the polynomial fitting of discrete numerical point method was applied for curve fitting of solar radiation intensity of Lanzhou in different period,and the application of curvilinear integral method obtained in different periods of total solar thermal was applied.Again according to gas application periods and solar thermal in different periods,the matching method and the optimal combination scheme were studied,the best storage scheme was analyzed and the economic analysis was given.The solar thermal data were collected in different seasons with different weather conditions,such as sunny,cloudy,cloudy to sunny and rainy weather conditions.The natural gas consumption peak and the natural gas and solar complementary economy were comparatively analyzed in different periods.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the effect factors on the hot water system,like intensity of sunlight,weather conditions,photo thermal conversion efficiency,gas consumption,heat transfer area and sunshine time etc.,the detailed numerical daily and monthly gas consumption and linear Finel solar thermal complementary ratio,the effective storage and complementary methods and the investment income index could be obtained.Research shows that the combination of energy complementary gas application system with Finel thermal system can not only make full use of the abundant solar light and heat resources,saving a lot of natural gas resources,and have remarkable economic benefit and green environmental protection,but also effectively reduce the emissions,like CO2,SO2,CO,NO2 and particulate matter due to the applications of the large number of gas,and has an important role for saving energy and protecting the environment.The system is suitable for the Lanzhou and the Gansu Hexi Corridor Area,the investment cost is low,the investment recovery period is short,and the energy conservation benefit and the investment income is remarkable.The energy saving effect and investment income of the linear Finel heat and gas complementary system are demonstrated,which provides reference for the subsequent investment of the linear Finel thermal system.
