With the rapid development of China’s railway in recent years,the first factor in the operation of the railway "safety" has a higher demand.Railway signal equipment as an important way to ensure the safety of train traffic,its operating status is essential for rail transport.At this stage,China’s maintenance of the railway signal equipment is still in the state of the cycle repair,the need to rely on the maintenance of field maintenance personnel experience,this approach is limited reliability.And as the signal system operating status of the assistant computer monitoring system does not have a high degree of intelligence,the need for staff involved,the collected signal device data did not give full play to its effectiveness.In order to solve the above problems in the current maintenance mode,this paper presents a computer monitoring information platform based on plug-in technology,and the turnout fault diagnosis plug-in as the representative of the platform has a scalable,customizable features.In the existing computer monitoring system,the operation state and various current data based on the use of proven turnout fault diagnosis methods for rapid and effective identification of the fault.As the current railway computer monitoring system is mainly used to track and record the status of signal equipment for the railway signal equipment,the specific fault diagnosis function for the railway signal equipment is not perfect.In this paper,the computer monitoring fault diagnosis information platform takes into account the complexity and shortcomings of the original system,adopts the plug-in technology to design and develop,all the functional parts of the platform are loaded as plug-ins,will enable the system can be customized and reduce the difficulty of development,the fault diagnosis function of the turnout device is designed as a plug-in,to verify the feasibility of the design,later need to other functions to develop the corresponding plug-ins.The turnout current data collected by the microcomputer monitoring system is applied to the fault diagnosis method of the turnout fault method which has been researched by the predecessors.The fault diagnosis method is loaded into the information platform by the plug-in function module,and the current data is processed so that the original system has a more intelligent fault diagnosis function.This article has done the following work:(1)According to the understanding of the existing microcomputer monitoring system,a fault diagnosis information platform system based on plug-in structure is proposed.To explain application of plug-in technology to build a computer monitoring fault information platform,can solve the lack of the traditional system in the scalable,reusable,customizable and other aspects.And after analyzing the plug-in fault diagnosis information platform system,from the overall structure,the implementation process,as well as the organization and so on several aspects,the overall design of the fault diagnosis information platform framework is expounded from the general distribution of the fault information platform,the frame design,the function management of the plug-in module and the information platform interface.(2)Through understanding of the existing turnout fault diagnosis methods,respectively,fault diagnosis method of turnout based on fuzzy neural network and fault diagnosis method of turnout based on support vector machine,the methods with plug-ins as the carrier,the turnout fault diagnosis plug-in module from the standardized expression,that is,its structure definition and interface design,plug-in communication mechanism and other aspects of the analysis,thus the turnout plug-in module for the model design.(3)According to the design of fault diagnosis information platform and turnout fault diagnosis plug-in module for computer monitoring,the function of turnout fault diagnosis is experimentally realized by using VC ++ and MATLAB mixed programming.And to explain the notes when the diagnostic plug-in module is implemented from the turnout fault diagnosis plug-in module several implementation points that in order to regulate the follow-up development of other corresponding plug-in modules.
