| The foundation of the underground continuous wall is characterized by large overall stiffness,good integrity and strong carrying capacity.With the improvement of construction equipment and the development of science and technology,the application prospect is very broad in the field of bridge engineering because of its good engineering and economic benefits.A wide range of concerns.However,compared with the traditional pile foundation,the study of the underground continuous wall is not a lot,especially for the multi-chamber underground continuous wall research is still in its infancy,in the domestic practical application of the project is rarely reported.In order to analyze the horizontal and vertical bearing behavior of the monolithic wall and the closed wall foundation and the wall effect of the closed wall,this paper uses the numerical calculation software ANSYS to analyze the single-wall closed foundation,Room closed wall foundation and four-chamber closed wall foundation were numerically simulated,and the Xichangfeng of Dongzhiyuan of Longdong one bridge crossing highway and national highway 209 line of Hejin ~ Linyi level in the highway bridge crossing of two practical engineering of underground continuous wall foundation contrastive analysis of the numerical modeling and field observation,the main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Through the numerical simulated calculation,considering the influence of the soil in the wall when mading a closed wall model,analyzing the vertical bearing characteristics of the single-wall,single-chamber,two-chamber and four-chamber closed wall under the vertical load effection,the paper studies the ultimate bearing capacity of monolithic wall and closed wall.The ultimate bearing capacity of the single wall of 9.6 MN,vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single room closed wall of 33.4 MN,two rooms closed wall of the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of 31.5 MN,closed four chamber wall of the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of 29.2 MN.Monolithic wall of side friction resistance and end resistance has the characteristic of asynchronous play,the inside of the closed wall friction resistance,the lateral friction resistance,resistance and soil core wall side reaction also has the characteristic of asynchronous play at the top.(1)Based on the actual project of underground continuous wall based on numerical modeling analysis,and compared with measured values,he Xichangfeng of Dongzhiyuan of Longdong highway bridge crossing the field measurement of the underground continuous wall of limit load of 699 kN,numerical simulation of the underground continuous wall limit load of 729 kN,deviation of 4.3%.The national highway 209 line of Hejin ~ Linyi level in the highway of a bridge crossing the self-balancing method of in-situ test after conversion of underground continuous wall of limit load of 35.05 MN,numerical simulation of theunderground continuous wall limit load of 35.74 MN,deviation was 1.97%.The two actual engineering the result of numerical simulation were greater than the measured results,but the deviation is within 5%,model model parameter selection is reasonable,the modeling method is correct.(3)Composition of the single room,two rooms and four room closed either a wall of the wall,its working properties and monolithic wall there is a big different,also differs from that of monolithic wall foundation settlement characteristics.Under the action of vertical load,single room,two rooms and four room closed wall of wall efficiency was 0.846,0.803 and0.742,and in turn are less than 1.In terms of economy,the single room closed wall has certain advantages,but also should realize closed wall interior wall whole set of foundation rigidity and stability of larger contribution,especially for large cross section size of the closed wall. |
