High-speed railways play a vital role in social development and economic growth.With the increase of high-speed train running speed and the density of railway network,the energy consumption of railway transportation also occupies an increasing proportion.At the same time,passenger trains need to meet multiple indicator requirements such as safety,punctuality,energy-saving and comfort.The development trend of high speed and high density demands more efficient and intel igent train control methods.Currently,some problems still need to be solved in the mathematical modeling and operation optimization algorithms of high-speed train operation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical reference value and practical significance to carry out modeling and analyzing high-speed trains with complicated operation and changing environment,which studies the multi-objective optimization strategy of high-speed trains under different conditions.So the main contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,the high-speed train operation process calculation,train operation strategy and optimization objective mathematical description are studied.The multi-point dynamic model of the high-speed train is established,and the force calculation method of the operating conditions is analyzed in detail,which provides the mechanical basis for the train operation optimization.The high-speed train operation strategy and the principle of conversion are summed up.On the basis of proving the existence of the optimal solution in the manipulative optimization problem,the mathematical description of the train optimization problem is described,which evaluate the function of punctuality,energy-saving and comfort.Secondly,through modeling the multi-objective optimization of high-speed train operation,the operation strategy of single row high-speed train is optimized based on multi-population genetic algorithm.The multi-objective optimization problem and its solution method are described in detail,which designs the algorithm of encoding,initialization and genetic operation base on Multi Population Genetic Algorithm which has good convergence and high search efficiency.According to the existing line data and high-speed train traction characteristics,the simulation experiment is done under different operating conditions.Through simulation experiment the optimal control sequence and train speed distance curves are obtained.Thirdly,considering the development trend of high-volume and high-density development,the multi-objective optimization problem of high-speed train tracking operation in moving block system is studied.The multi-objective optimization model for high speed train tracking operation is established,which considers the condition that dynamic security constraints and high efficiency targets in moving block system.A optimization process is designed based on multi-objective optimization model and solved through clonal selection algorithm.The simulation experiment and analysis are done according to CRH2 traction characteristics and the actual line data of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.Through the comparison of indexes before and after optimization,it proves the effectiveness of multi-objective method for high speed train safety,high efficiency,punctuality and comfortable operation.
