With advances in science and technology,power consumption of microelectronic devices is getting smaller and smaller,and their applications are becoming wider and wider.For the supply of electricity in some remote and/or dangerous regions,the battery life is too short for mobile microelectronic devices.Alternatively,we may use solar energy,wind energy or vibration energy so that the power supply for microelectronic devices is more diversified.The choice of power supply mode that adapts to local conditions can greatly increase the time period of using the microelectronics devices.Collecting the vibration energy as sensor sources of energy in the environment with sustained vibrations is of great significance in lengthening the service life of the battery in a microelectronic monitoring system.In this paper,we propose to use a suspension ball-mechanical device/system as a medium for collecting small vibration energy from all directions.After being collected up to a threshold,the vibration energy is automatically converted to electrical energy at an output power much higher than the harvesting power.The thesis comprises three parts:1)Vibration energy collecting mechanism design,mechanical energy storage machine design,spring box control mechanism design,steady speed and transfer mechanical energy into electric power mechanism design;2)Mathematical modeling and simulation of vibration energy acquisition device analysis,the influence of environmental factors on the vibration energy collection,and the influence on energy collection due to internal factors of energy collection agency;3)Experiments and analysis of the vibration converted into electrical energy system,an experimental prototype processed and completely assembled,describe in detail the experimental methods and experimental content,verify the influence from the environmental vibration and internal factors of the energy collection agency on energy collection.This energy harvesting-converting system may find possible applications in charging electronic devices when it is inconvenient or even impossible to replace the battery.The experiments of walking with it verify the feasibility and practicability of converting omnidirectional vibrations into electrical energy.
