Research Of Power Grid Dispatching Automation System Based On SOA

In the process of building the smart grid,more and more advanced applications will be connected to the power grid dispatching automation system.The traditional dispatching system with high coupling structure,easy to form the information island system,is not conducive to the expansion of the system and maintenance,fault of single function and even cause the collapse of the whole system,seriously affect the stability of dispatching system.In order to eliminate information island,reduce the coupling degree of dispatching system,this paper proposed a implementation method of dispatching system based on Service-Oriented Architecture(SO A),to meet the needs of the development of smart grid,improve the stability and scalability of the dispatching system.As the data gateway of the dispatching system,the communication system has strict requirements on reliability,real-time,maintainability and expansibility.Different from the traditional way of sequential programming,this paper proposed a IEC60870-5-104 protocol parsing method based on event-driven mechanism,in order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods,such as strong relevance and poor flexibility,and it can greatly reduce the consumption of computer resources.At the same time,aiming at the problems that the traditional system of C/S structure is complicated and poor maintenance,this paper put forward the design scheme of the man-machine interface based on web technology.Users do not need to install any plug-ins,you can cross platform access to the system through the browser,greatly improving the ease of use of the system,which greatly improved the usability of the system.In addition,in order to completely eliminate islands of information in the existing dispatching system,the paper also proposed a dispatching database design scheme based on SOA,defined a standard data service interface,so that other applications can implement data access through remote service call.In this paper,based on the SOA architecture,the realization of the data base from the data acquisition,data transmission and data storage as a dispatching platform.And its application in Guangxi County dispatch control center,to solve the problem of information can not be horizontal transmission in the existing system,is conducive to expanding and maintaining the system,which verified the feasibility and esae of use of the architecture for dispatching system.
