The main task of this project is to provide industrial and domestic water supply for the project of 4 billion m~3 coal gas in Fuyun County by Guanghui Group.The proposed scheme is to draw water from the Ulungur River near the village of Khaychon in Chhakulutu,and then use the four pumping stations to raise the water to the reservoir near Kamst,taking into account the original agricultural irrigation water supply on both sides of the strait.Based on the basic hydrological data of several hydrological stations in the Wulungu River Basin,the meteorological,runoff and flood in the project area are analyzed.The runoff reduction calculation and representative analysis of runoff series are carried out.The design flow of the reference station is calculated.According to the results of hydrological analysis,the design flow of water intake,the design peak flow of water intake,and the channel flood along the pipeline are analyzed and calculated.The annual mean natural runoff of the section of the water intake is 960 million m~3,and the average annual runoff is 896 million m~3 under the guarantee rate of P = 50%,and the average annual runoff is 325 million m~3 under the guarantee rate of P = 97%.The water intake of the project is 843 million m~3,97% of the guarantee rate is 286 million m~3,the water consumption of the middle reaches is 82.02 million m~3,and the total water demand of this project is 39.34 million m~3.Up to now,Saltohai Reservoir is to be built in the upper part of the water intake of the project.The storage capacity is adjusted to 260 million m~3.The capacity of the project can meet the requirement of water consumption of 39.34 million m~3 annually,and it does not exceed the comprehensive planning of the middle reaches of the Ulungur River Of the limited water consumption.In this paper,the technical and economic comparison of multiple programs to determine the water supply project mainly by the low gate dam,pumping station,water pipeline,reservoir storage,cross-channel buildings and cross-building and other components.Works across the board regardless of water.The project uses a dam diversion method,the hub is located in the village of Khaychon in Chhakulutu near the river,for the dam with retaining structures,the dam axis length of 624.83 m,843.5m elevation gate,the normal water level of841.0m,the corresponding Storage capacity of 7.24 million m~3.In this paper,the structural calculation of the terminal buildings,pipelines auxiliary buildings,pumping stations and water storage buildings is carried out,and the final design plan is determined.And the water hammer protection is carried out by reasonable measures.
