Research On The Renewal Of Yangming Road's Arcade Block District In Ganzhou

Renovation of the old city is the common problems of most Chinese cities,the stock parts is more than the incremental parts with unexpected speed,when the city was immersed in the pursuing of increment.The arcade blocks,as the typical parts in the historical and cultural city blocks,have the common features of having a good environment,but falling behind of the whole city in the interior of the building quality,industry and structure,landscape and other factors.Under the guidance of sustainable development,the value of the arcade blocks is highlighted gradually.The way of updating is critical that putting attention on the material plane and elevation shape elements with ignoring the application value of urban development.The traditional updating theories can't be applied directly,and now the insiders are launching a heated discussion about the city repair in the annual meeting of urban planning.On the basis of using methods of urban planning discipline researching and ways of protecting historical and cultural city blocks,this paper is discussing the protection,utilization and regeneration of arcade blocks from a new perspective,through teasing related theories,combing with practices of block protection and renovation.And the paper is rising the practice of the original update from Experiences to the developing cities,broadening the field of vision in the protection of updating,introducing the design of protection and renovation works to a wider scope of space and time scales,with deeply understanding the changes of the industry development guidance,functional space organization modes in the updating of arcade blocks.And the paper is also supplementing the Strategies for conservation and renewal of the arcade blocks,as well as providing reference of other protection and updating of arcade blocks in the country.Firstly,this paper summarizes the national planning policy trends and local development,and puts forward the urgency and necessity of the new way of the arcade in Yangming Road in Ganzhou.And then analyzes the relevant theories and development of stock planning and urban renewal,summarizes the basic characteristics and requirements,and combines the concept of the arcade neighborhood,the basic characteristics,domestic and foreign theoretical and practical research,sum up experience,reflect on the current update protection methods exist some problems,and Yangming Road arcade Neighborhoods in-depth research,to make up for the Ganzhou arcade building research gaps,but also pointed out that the district is facing theavailability of renewable conditions,need to face the problems and challenges.Finally,under the premise of protection and reuse,the paper puts forward the update goal from the four aspects of spatial vision,urban texture,urban vitality and urban governance in combination with the present conditions and development orientati,it summarizes the history of the new background,including thearcade district Cultural Renewal Strategy.
