With the development of industry and economy and the improvement of living standards,the study of structure vibration and noise problem is becoming more and more deeply.In the past,the stress,strain,velocity parameters regard as a variable to evaluate the size of the vibration in the study of the vibration.At present stage,the vibrational power flow method research has become a popular trend.Compared with the previous parameters,power flow method have two parameters including vibration force and speed.Describing the vibration power,the power flow of energy transfer has obvious advantages.And finite element method(FEM)is commonly used in engineering to solve complex engineering problems of numerical analysis method,which have now been widely used including research field and in engineering field.Power flow finite element method(PFFEM)is a combination of the finite element theory and the theory of power flow,makes the theory of power flow in a further extension of engineering application.In this paper,based on power flow theory,using the secondary development of ABAQUS as programming,to complete the different structures of power flow visualization,and analysis of the actual object vibration power flow to test and verify.This article mainly study from the following several aspects in detail:First,this paper gives the energy density control equation of one-dimensional beam structure and power flow equation.Using a simple cantilever beam as the research object,secondary development of ABAQUS finite element power flow compare with the theory of power flow.The result shows good consistency with the two methods.Finally using steel tube pole as complex beam structure,made a detailed analysis of the power flow.The results show that The farther the distance energy input point,the smaller the power flow.And at the same point,under not the resonant frequency,the greater of damping,the greater of the structure energy consumption,but under the resonant frequency,the greater of damping,the smaller of the structure energy consumptionSecond,the power flow calculation formula of two-dimensional plate finite element is given.For simple plate structure vibration power flow analysis,it is concluded four different power flow including the vector diagram of the power flow,isometric vector diagram,nephogram and motion pattern and so on.Analysis shows that the collision of two phase power flow will be energy gathering point at the collision point.And do vibration power flow analysis of complex floating raft isolation system,the analysis results shows that the larger the frequency,the energy transmitted to the raft frame and the power of the floor is smaller.The greater the vibration frequency of exciting force,the vibration isolation effect is better.Third,introducing the vibration power flow theory.The bearing pedestal finite element model is established using ABAQUS,and a modal dynamic analysis was carried out.Using the secondary development of ABAQUS combined with power flow theory to achieve the bearing pedestal energy transfer vector diagram and power flow nephogram in fault condition.The results show that the crack will increase the vibration of the bearing pedestal.Fourth,the use of the Structural intensity of the three-dimensional,do the research of The transient finite element power flow response of structure.The finite element theory of power flow is transplanted from the steady state analysis to the field of transient analysis.Broaden the application scope of power flow finite element.Using the collision model of steel ball and steel pieces,study and analysis the collision energy transfer process in the process of transient response.And draw out the power nephogram animation and vectorgraph animation about the transient response in the process of collision to obtain the magnitude and direction of energy quickly and accurately at any moment in the structure body.And in the process of analysis to verify the existence of irrotational wave and shear wave,compared with the stress wave,the energy wave showed obvious advantages.
