In this paper,the principle of the formation of NOx and main control measures are discussed,based on the Guohua Ninghai power plant no.3 boiler burner of the investigation of the status quo of the analysis and research,combining with the characteristics of double scale low NOx combustion technology,it is concluded that Guohua Ninghai power plant no.3 boiler of the feasibility and necessity of the reform of low NOx burners.We work through the actual burner alteration,the boiler combustion adjustment of cold and hot state test,according to different load case,the optimized adjustment and nox emissions data,actual and retrofit was compared before and found that fully implements the nox emissions reduction,it is very significant social benefits.Not only that,but we also by actual operation for a long period of time,found that after burner for combustion adjustment brings difficulties in actual operation,especially in low load operation,the stability of combustion,therefore,we tested groped for a long period of time,provide some modified combustion adjustment methods,in the operation of the unit for future similar modification after combustion adjustment to provide valuable experience...
