Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy and the progress of urbanization in recent years,the impact of human activities on the natural environment is increasing.In recent years,the extreme weather is frequent and the risk of urban waterlogging disasters has been increasing.Mountainous cities with the development of urban development in recent years,the risk of waterlogging is also growing,but for this kind of city waterlogging prevention and control of related research is less,which result in this kind of city lack of prevent waterlogging design basis and technical support.In this paper,a small mountainous city in Yunnan Province is used as an example to model the operation of the existing pipe network under various regressions by SWMM model modeling,and in the current network on the basis of a variety of measures to improve the hydrological effect of the study area and toreduce the waterlogging risk of thestudy area.The aim is to provide the basis and reference for the design of the waterlogging prevention and control in the small and medium-sized cities,especially the mountainous cities.The simulation results show that:(1)According to the simulation of the current situation of the study area under the rainstorm scenario,the stormwater network can be eliminated in 3a and 5a,and the waterlogging risk is small.A large number of overflow nodes appear under 10a and 20a.20a more than three quarters of the nodes there is overflow situation,the road flooded the most serious area of the water depth of 27.7cm,there is a large risk of waterlogging;will seriously affect the traffic operation and safety.(2)The various waterlogging prevention measures arranged in SWMM can effectively improve the hydrological effect of the study area and reduce the risk ofwaterlogging.The control effect of rainwater regulation reservoir is the most direct,and the control characteristics of LID arrangement are prominent,and the control effect of combination LID arrangement is stable.(3)According to the analysis of runoff control effect,alleviation of overflow situation,economic factors and feasibility of layout,it is concluded that rainwater garden-infiltration pavement is the best waterlogging prevention and control measures.
