With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the scale of construction projects is expanding day by day,and the building shapes become more complex,and the structure of the building is increased.The conventional two-dimensional drawings are often unable to meet the needs of the construction,resulting in low production efficiency,material waste and more rework phenomenon,not only caused great influence to the construction site,but also bring challenges to measuring work.The introduction of Building information model technology makes it possible to solve the above problems.BIM technology is an important technical means to promote architecture informatization,it throughout the whole life cycle of the building,changed the conventional mode and method in the design,construction and operation management to a certain extent,can conduct information sharing and cooperation based on related project information.This paper take a Southwest Airport terminal as an example,firstly,using the point cloud data of the main structure which obtained by 3D laser scanning technology,and carries on the basis of data process of point cloud registration,point cloud filtering and point cloud simplification,then using data driving method to achieve 3D modeling and build BIM model,finally apply the model to the installation of ceiling decoration.The practice shows that the BIM technology has a strong application value in large projects with similar modeling and complicated structure which based on point cloud.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper described the characteristics of 3D scanning technology,the scan processes and the corresponding precautions,meanwhile,using 3D scanner scanned 95 station of the airport terminal,obtained point cloud data of the main structure of B,D corridor.(2)Combined with the point cloud data processing method,processing point cloud data of the terminal which include point cloud,point cloud filtering and point cloud simplification,analyzes the method of point cloud simplification,and obtained point cloud data of the main structure of B,D corridor.(3)on the basis of the results of the point cloud data,using data-driven method to achieve three-dimensional modeling,extracting the main components of the beam,column and ball joints of the main frame of the corridor B and D,according to the requirements of the ceiling decoration construct BIM model which include the main keel,the auxiliary keel and the corresponding attribute information that is needed for ceiling.(4)The BIM model is successfully applied in the ceiling decoration installation Of the airport terminal,and it mainly used to guide material orders,component prefabrication management,construction drawings output which greatly improving the work efficiency,saving materials,reducing waste,shorten the construction period. |
