Energy and environmental issues become hot issues today.The shortage of fossil energy and the intensification of the greenhouse effect accelerated the development and utilization of clean and renewable energy sources.Renewable energy includes wind energy,solar energy,tidal energy and so on.These kinds of energy are extensively reserved,widely distributed and easily utilized.However,when it is connected to the grid by cluster,the randomness and volatility of new energy will have a significant influence on the frequency modulation,voltage regulation,peak shaving,voltage stability,network reconstruction and other aspects of the power system.Based on the existing research,considering the impact taking by new energy on the structure and operation of the system,this paper studies the optimal reconfiguration of distribution network,which includes the new energy.Wind power installed capacity increased steadily year by year,and now many large-capacity wind farms connect into the grid.Based on this situation,the former part of this article mainly analyzes the wind turbine and wind farm model,and puts forward the power system network reconfiguration model including the wind turbine.The restraint condition of the safe and steady distribution network and the optimization objective function which reflect the network economy and the power quality and are presented.In order to simplify the wind turbine model,the working state of the wind turbine is divided into four kinds of working conditions,including incorporated single wind farm and double wind farm connected in different buses of the distribution network.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed to solve the model.Because of the simpleness and fast convergence speed of PSO,it has been widely used in various fields.This paper focuses on the basic contents of PSO and Binary Particle Swarm Optimization(BPSO)algorithm,analyses the application of BPSO in power system network reconfiguration,and introduces its index in detail,which includes inertia weight,acceleration coefficient,population size and maximum velocity.Network topology analysis is a basic content of network reconfiguration either.In this paper,the method of topology analysis and its application in network reconstruction is introduced after the basic graph theory knowledge.Several constrains of network reconfiguration in the process of algorithm are put forward in order to maintain the radial structure of the distribution network.Thus,the number of useless solutions generated by the algorithm updating is greatly reduced and,obviously,the efficiency of the algorithm is improved.Finally,by making use of the BPSO algorithm,this paper simulate the four divided working conditions in the IEEE33 bus distribution network system.When considering wind power,the reconstruction scheme obtained by the algorithm can improve the economy and power quality of the distribution network.At the same time,the scheme can adapt to the randomness of wind power,making distribution network operate in a low loss state.
