The excessive emission of greenhouse gas has a great influence on the global climate and the CO2 gives the largest contribution.Coal-fired power plant is one of the most important CO2 emission source,thus reducing CO2 emission from coal-fired power plants is an effective means to mitigate the greenhouse effect.In this paper,a preliminary investigation has taken on the decarbonization technologies in thermal power plants.Decarbonization of power plant has many ways,of which postcombustion decarbonization is a most effective and potential way.To this end,calcium looping?CaL?stands out as a promising technology for CO2 capture for its sorbent is wide distribution,low price and has a large adsorption capacity.However,the absorber's poor stability,large energy consumption and other issues have limited the development of this technology.In this paper,calcination experiments of calcium sorbent were carried out in a single fluidized bed,and the structure changes of the sorbent after calcination in different atmosphere were analyzed.At the same time,a TGA test bed was set up to study the C/C and C/R/C CO2 capture system.The change of the activity of calcium sorbent was compared.The results show that the precalcination and recarbonation process can effectively increase the porosity of the calcined calcium sorbent and improve the activity of the sorbent.In addition,the paper uses the Aspen PlusTM software to build a 600 MW supercritical coal-fired power plant,a three-pressure heat recovery steam generater system,a CO2 compression system a C/C CO2 capture system and a C/R/C CO2 capture system.The comparison of the two systems and the sensitivity analysis show that the efficiency penlty of the C/C system is 8.06% at an 85% CO2 capture rate.And combined with the C/R/C system,the efficiency of the original power plant was reduced by only 4.56% due to the great decrease of the recycle amount of calcium sorbent and the amount of fresh sorbent.On this basis,this article has proposed three new integration ways.
