As the increasing problem of environmental pollution,electric vehicles,with its advantages of zero pollution,zero emissions,have received great concern from governments.Like other traditional fuel vehicles,electric vehicles are also inseparable from the energy supply in the process of development.The researches on electric vehicle charging and battery replacement facilities planning are of great significance to promote the development and market share of electric vehicle industry.Aiming at the planning problems of electric vehicle battery replacement and charging facilities in city district,this thesis proposed a two-step planning model based on the total social cost of the common interests of both the operator and the user.First of all,electric energy supply methods of the electric cars were described,and the advantages and disadvantages of the conventional charging,fast charging,battery replacement were analyzed.This paper briefly introduced the charging requirement calculation method based on Monte Carlo simulation method and the basic theory of queuing theory.Secondly,it pointed out the principles of electric cars' charging network planning and the imbalance of the electric cars' distribution in the planning area.And the paper established the conventional charging requirements and the battery replace demand forecasting model of the electric vehicle which considering the unbalanced characteristic.Finally,Purging electrical facility location model and constant capacity model were constructed which were taken the interests of both operators and users into consideration.Preliminary plans for electric vehicles charging facilities planning were made.Then,the optimization scheme model of the conventional charging and battery replacement infrastructure planning based on the minimum total social cost was established,and the planning model was validated by the related examples in the end.
