Waste rubber processing into granular body, and then used again,is a popular way to use waste rubber, such as rubber concrete, compared with ordinary concrete, with light weight, high durability, wear resistance, impact resistance, however, the mechanical properties of concrete will be weakened by the incorporation of rubber particles.Basalt fiber and concrete have natural compatibility,it has high temperature resistance and excellent tensile and tear resistance, therefore, added the basalt fiber to the rubber concrete to improve the mechanical properties of concrete. In this paper, use of external mixing method, adding different quality of rubber particlesand short cut basalt fiberin concrete,to study the compressive strength, frost resistance, micro pore characteristics of rubber granule reinforced basalt fiber concrete, and investigate the influence of micro pore characteristics on compressive strength and frost resistance. The main results of this paper are as follows:1.The addition of rubber particles in concrete can reduce the compressive strength of concrete, the greater the amount of admixture, the more obvious the strength decreases, with the increase of basalt fiber quality, the compressive strength of rubberized concrete increases firstly and then decreases, when the content of basalt fiber is 2.0kg/m3,the maximum compressive strength of rubber concrete is reached.2.According to the theory, based on the theoretical calculation and experimental data, obtain the composite stiffness formula and damage constitutive equation of rubber granule reinforced basalt fiber concrete.3.Established the regression equation of rubber granule reinforced basalt fiber concrete, and use the frost resistance factor to evaluation the frost resistance.4.According to the fractal theory, grey system theory and micro pore feature, obtain the fractal dimension of concrete, evaluate the influence of micro pore characteristics on the compressive strength and frost resistance.
