| Concrete during service,by accidental impact,vibration and earthquake,resulting in freeze-thaw environments and durability of desert sand concrete under chlorine salt erosion variation.So desert sand in damage on the durability of prestressed concrete is very important.Before the durability test,mechanical damage,which can be divided into three phases:Phase one:prestressing.Adopting universal testing machine loaded prestressing,prestressing the before and after ultrasonic detector for non-metallic specimens for determination of ultrasonic wave velocity in air dry state,by damage variable and cyclic loads obtained C25 desert sand without prestress concrete and injury respectively 0.0~0.1 and 0.1~0.2 as well as 0.2~0.3 desert concrete prestressed injury.Phase Ⅱ:expand the experiment of prestressed concrete damage of desert sand concrete.According to the related file GB/T50082 2009,and long-term testing of durability of concrete provisions in the freeze-thaw cycle experiment using a file within the"freezing" method and evaluation index selected on the quality of the concrete transformations and relative dynamic modulus.Test results showed that contrast,anti-freeze-thaw damage of prestressed concrete in terms of changes is a gradient pattern.If the concrete damage to 0.0~0.1,it’s law in freeze-thaw deterioration and benchmark similar to desert sand,and their frost resistance after the damage is greater than 0.1,there will be significantly reduced.PhaseⅢ:desert in the prestressing of concrete damage after wet-dry cycle.The research is mainly aimed at the concrete resistance to chloride corrosion.Quality variation and relative dynamic modulus of elasticity evaluated for comprehensive characterization of prestressed desert sand injury concrete resistance to chloride corrosion performance.Results show that compared with the benchmark of desert sand concrete,prestressed desert sand concrete resistance to chloride attack renders a linear variation of damage degree of 0.0~0.1 desert sand concrete resistance to chloride corrosion declined slightly,can ignore the effect of damage on it;if the damage is greater than 0.1,then the chlorine salt erosion resistance will be significantly reduced.Based on the research of desert sand freeze-thaw resistance of concrete and chlorine salt erosion after,based on this build of evolution equations,for prestressed concrete damage of desert sand in the corrosion resistance of chloride,then use this as the basis of the evaluation of durability of concrete,is of great significance. |
