Cement concrete strips pavement refers to the area of tire rolling vehicle with frequent cement concrete pavement paving precast concrete block or pendulum,a vehicle track and road shoulder in local gravel,clay built do simple closed processing after the rural road in mountainous outlying poor areas.Cement concrete wheel track,road pavement panels,less materials,paving,maintenance,simple and convenient,good integration with the surrounding environment,good durability.All the studies are based on solving practical problems,and are closely related to the daily life and production of the broad masses of peasants.Therefore,the research done must be close to the actual work of the researchers.By using the similarity theory,the traditional compressive strength and flexural strength of the test specimen size,paving concrete pavement and road wheel track panel scale,selecting two kinds of low strength concrete(C25,C30),according to the cement concrete road wheel track standard axle load are derived(60kN),to reduce the specimen and compressive strength,flexural strength of pavement test.The research results obtained are mainly:(1)By analyzing the influence of the ultimate compressive load and the specimen size,the standard for compressive strength test of cement concrete wheel track is obtained.The specimen size is 110mm*110mm*110mm.(2)By analyzing the influence of the ultimate bending load and the specimen size,the standard of flexural strength test for cement concrete wheel track is obtained.The specimen size is 110mm*110mm*430mm.(3)Indoor simulation of pavement structure,by loading test.The compressive strength,bending limit load and slab size relationship between the rationality dimension of the verification test for wheel track road mechanical strength test standard.
