| The improvement of human society is inseparable from the power supply which reliability depends on the safe and stable operation of electrical devices. The operation safety and stability is implemented by maintaining these power equipment. Therefore, the maintenance quality of electrical devices plays a key role in reliable power supply. However, there exists a variety of maintenance modes at present which possess advantages and disadvantages. For ensuring the continuous electricity supply as well as the stability of operating grid, the power supply companies often choose the optimized scheme to overhaul devices without interrupting electricity supply to users. This dissertation conducts deep research on the maintenance management for substation under the mainstream modes of incomplete shutdown at present from the perspective of substation operation management and summarizes the development trend as well as research actuality by combining the method of industrial engineering management. Related theories of industrial engineering, project management, engineering control, risk identification and control are adopted for planning and improving the incomplete shutdown maintenance management contraposing the issues exposed from the overhaul process. In addition, the incomplete shutdown overhaul management is further explored and optimized from three aspects of planning ,implementation as well as summary which includes the labor-division of staff, the investigation of overhaul situation, the preparation of safety tools as well as spare parts, the management of switching operation, work ticket management, the control of risks and so on. A standardized substation maintenance operating management process is established under the mode of incomplete shutdown. The achievement of this dissertation is helpful in guiding the substation operation and maintenance professionals to accomplish incomplete shutdown overhaul mission in a safe, high quality and efficiency way. The work and tasks in the maintenance process are schematized, modularized and simplified. The contribution of this dissertation is that a general substation incomplete shutdown maintenance management template is eventually created and some management modes are innovated. By establishing an effective evaluation system to conduct quantitative analysis and evaluation for the complex management issues, the effectiveness of management and optimization is able to be judged more conveniently and intuitively, which provide references for the maintenance management of the entire power grid and industry. |
